Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m glad you’re here.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and authentic. I help first-generation adults, queer folks, couples, and creative professionals navigate anxiety, self-worth, and the ups and downs of life and relationships.

My style is warm, honest, and engaged. I offer a space where you don’t need to edit yourself, where we can explore both the pain and the possibility. Whether you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, working through anxiety, or trying to strengthen connection with yourself or your partner, therapy can help you move toward more grounded, empowered choices.

I integrate EMDR to help you process past experiences that are still shaping your present, and I use Relational Life Therapy to support more honest, connected relationships. I believe healing happens through relationship, both in and out of the therapy room.

I’m especially passionate about working with folks navigating identity, culture, and values. Your story matters, and I’m here to help you make meaning of it. Outside of therapy, you’ll find me hiking, dancing, or swimming (anything that reconnects me to the body and the natural world).

I’d be honored to work with you.

Why “Jardín” ?

Jardín is Spanish for garden. There are multiple parallels between gardening and the process of therapy, rooted in values of eco psychology and reconnection to the natural world.

Things in life might not unfold the way we planned—some seasons come with more or less rain. Not every seed thrives in different conditions. Plants find a way, even when weeds take hold, and there are unexpected realizations. No two gardens are alike, but we can ask for support and adapt.

With cultivation, attention, and care, there is deep gratitude through the other side of growth. We get to witness the process of change. With persistence and intention, the first tomato of the season is worthwhile.
